1 – Delivery Time
It will take around 7 to 10 working days in delivering the order to the destination. If the order is not delivered within 10 working days, contact us. We will respond back to you within 24 hours.
All goods are placed at our warehouse. We have collaboration with FedEx, DHL and others, that are, fast, secure and reliable courier services worldwide. A code will be generated and given to you to track your parcel. This will enable you to check each movement of your parcel towards its destination. If you are not available to receive your parcel, kindly send someone to pick that parcel on your behalf and sign the necessary documents and receipts. You can also contact the customer services department to reschedule the shipment some other time.
After you place the order with us, you will get a receipt that includes complete detail of the order or parcel along with the tracking code that helps you to track your parcel. In case you don’t get a receipt or tracking code to track the status of your order, you must contact our representative via email for clarification.
4- Tracking Details
You will receive a tracking code mentioned in the receipt. You can use this tracking code to check the status of your order. It is better to stay updated with the order status. The receipt includes the parcel departure date and expected delivery date.
5- Late Delivery
In case the parcel could not arrive on the expected date or you don’t receive it at the location. The complete amount will be paid back to you and replacement will be delivered accordingly.
You better inform us in case of a delay in delivery. We will only ask you the tracking code, check it on our system and inform you about the delivery in detail.
6- Damage or Defect
In case you receive a defected or damaged product, you need to return it to us within 7 days.
