Guide Lines in Case of Return or Exchange
We are focused to provide you our flawless, trendy and innovative services. In case the delivered product is found damaged, the mentioned below policy will be facilitated:
We are conscious about the size of the goods to be delivered. We don’t have control over it – we execute as per the size that you selected. In case it is not fit, you must send a request to our representative in the customer services department within 3 days after you receive the order. Kindly note, there will be no exchange or return in case of incorrect size after 3 days for custom or standard products. It is recommended to double-check the measurements before you place the order.
If the color of the product is different from the image on the website, you will have to send some pictures of the good/product within 3 days. The company is liable to refund the cash or replace, depends on the availability of the color. (Conditions may apply).
In the case of trial products, return and exchange policy will not be applied.
Order cancellation request will be entertained according to the following clauses:
- You have to confirm the cancellation of the order within 48 hours of placement of order, otherwise, 25% will be deducted from your order amount.
- In case of confirmation of cancellation after 2 days of placement of order, 45% will be deducted from your order amount.
- You won’t be able to claim the cancellation of an order after 7 days of placement of your order.
Every product of which we get a request of return or exchange will be inspected by our QA team to verify whether the product is the same as the image and specs mentioned on the website. However, in case the product is found damaged during or after the shipment, you will receive a replacement on our behalf. Kindly email us within 24 hours and inform about extent of the damage.
Refunds will be made after 29 days of payment confirmation. The time period will be count from the day of final order confirmation. You can contact us if the order doesn’t arrive within 6 days after your order placement request. If you are unable to track the status of your order, we are unable to tell you whether the order was dispatch to your address. You will get a fully refunded amount back along with the shipment charges.

Packing and postage
The charges for both packaging and postage are not refundable. The shipment charges must be borne by the buyer. Email us before you return the product to inform us that you are dispatching to the right location.
